evoSkins are skins for your b2evolution blog. If you've ever used any skin-enabled software before you probably have an idea. In a nutshell, the idea is to let the user choose between different looks & feels and use the one they like the most to read the blog.

Perhaps, but in other skins smiley inserted. Here when you click on the smiley, nothing happens
